If you are having issues with logging on to Office365 or other applications on the LaunchPad, this tip frequently solves the problem. If you have items in your "downloads" folder that you don't want to lose, you must first transfer them to your Google Drive.
1. Sign Out of your Chromebook
2. At the sign-in screen, click to the right side of your name.
3. A drop-down arrow appears. Click that arrow and choose Delete User.
4. Enter your login information to sign in again.
